• Regulating the staff of the Taiping High Court
• Receives filings for all civil and criminal cases under jurisdiction.
• Process all civil and criminal documents.
• Approve all drafts/clean orders for Taiping High Court civil cases
• Provide a clean order for criminal cases after completion of trial.
• Prepare Appeal Records for criminal cases appealed to the Court of Appeal.
• Regulating the file room.
• Approve all applications for Writs of Execution.
• Managing the preparation of Taiping High Court statistics
• Ensure that staff comply with the instructions of superiors as directed from time to time.
• Ensure the Court's administration runs smoothly.
• Ensuring that the case proceedings before Yang Arif run smoothly.
• Ensuring that Yang Arif's every need is met.
